Hey Everyone,
My name is Charles Ellis IV, I'm a rising senior finance major from Bloomfield Hills, MI. I'm an Alumni of Birmingham Seaholm High School.
This summer I will be interning at BCBSM in downtown Detroit. I'm looking forward to this course helping me become a better leader in the workplace this summer. I will also be taking SCM 303 which is a business core requirement.
I'm looking forward to this class to learn the technical parts about becoming/being a leader. I have not really looked into the technicalities of being a leader, more so just a general overview. So I'm looking forward to going in depth about what it takes to be a real leader.
A Little More About Me
I am a laid back person, but love hanging out with my friends. Sports is a topic that I always have comment on. I have a pet iguana.
An artifact that I believe that makes me a leader is not a tangible one. My Christian faith is what makes me a leader. Everyday, I try to live my life in accordance to what I believe, opposed to the ever changing social norms. I try to make myself available to people who need help or are struggling with issues in their lives. Overall I just enjoy helping others, which helps me grow into a better person and better leader each day.
