I chose this image of "the weakest link" because I feel like it explains the Social Change Model very well.  There are seven C's of Change in the model that all work together towards positive change.  If one of the C's is not met or taking care of then the whole model will be affected and won't reach it's potential.  If this is not fixed that link may break and positive change as a result will be limited. 

I chose this image of teamwork because I think it displays the value of collaboration really well.  Collaboration is part of the Group Values portion of the Social Change Model and is described as working together to achieve common goals.  In this picture it shows that the team is more effective at tackling their opponent when they do it as a team instead of as individuals.  Collaboration is better because it uses everyones talents and perspectives to make creative solutions and actions.
