Xuehua Chen

Hello!

My name is Xuehua Chen.
I am from Beijing, China.
My major is Media Communication and Technology, senior year. MCT sounds like really professional, it is more about media management.

I want to learn skills to be confident being a leader. There are lots of leaders around the world. but a good leader require many skills, and knowledge. I used to create a dance organization in my high school, but it didn't go well. Even though we had being some shows sometimes, but i feel i didn't have the magic can make my member gather together, and being passion about every times practice. so I want to learn how to gather people together happily and being participate in every work/task. Besides that, I know there are many people who are not really outgoing, some times they would like to hide themselves. but not every time we can choose our group member, I would like to know how to encourage them participate in group project and also have a good time. also bring out others' great potential to do something is one thing that i would really like to learn.

Plan for summer, I am taking 14 credits in my first summer session and I have a part-time job in a restaurant. I know it is look tough, but i am kind of enjoy it, cause I like my life to be perfectly scheduled. I would feel sad if i don't know what i am going to do next, and feel I am wasting my life, wasting money. After I done with my first session school, I am going to bring my dogs moving to San Francisco. I am looking forward to find a job and also traveling around United States since i decided to take one semester off before graduated.

I think the artifact/item represent me as a leader is  Jeep Cherokee SUV. Cherokee is a luxury and wildlife combination, but also a technology leader of Jeep series car. I like to hear many different ideas or suggestions from others, and try to act it, just like the SUV can go softly in the city, but would not afraid of rocky road. also I am a person like to dedicated all my knowledge and skills that I learn into my group, try my best to use my advanced technology to achieve my goals. It is like Cherokee always has the most advanced technology among the Jeep car series. also if i like to do one thing, I don't have to get high payback to do something, like Jeep car always won't cost a lot to repaire.

Be the way, I am a dog person, I have two siberian husky, and i really love them. I just make a video clip for one of my female dog, hope you guys like it.
