Quicken Loans Water Balloon Fight

My current event is off a blog for my company, Quicken Loans. The article is about a water balloon fight that my leaders offered to their team members for hitting their monthly goals for May. The article lightly touches on some of the qualities that make Quicken Loans a stand out unique company. I really think the uniqueness of the company is the reason they are such a successful company in the mortgage industry. As we have been learning, leaders need a way to stand out. They can't follow the mainstream and expect to find change. Quicken Loans is the embodiment of a leader in every aspect. While every other company was following the traditional corporate ways, Dan Gilbert saw room for improvement and went for it. He's worked to change the city of Detroit as well as his company. He spends so much time and energy getting other members of the company and of the city getting others involved in his social change. He's become a true change agent for Detroit, by working, spending time, and bringing others to the city. Some may look at our company as a foolish childish company, however every aspect of the company is a well thought out, strategized idea for productivity. Never a day goes by without a reminder for everyone else to support our company, our city, and ourselves in all our endeavors.
