The first
picture I put here is about the Collaboration. Through the study during the first section, I am strongly sure that collaboration is a very important
thing. Great things can happen when everybody is working from the same game
plan. The real stories from our lives are all about collaboration like
businesses, sport teams, and political campaigns. I think no matter how excellent
we think we are, leaders cannot to do changes without collaboration.
The second idea
I want to mention though the Social Change Model is the Consciousness of Self. I
think whether to be a leader or not, the first thing of a person should be realized
is who he/she is or whom he/she wants to be. A leader who has good skills yet
really self-awareness, he/she will still lead to a wrong way. In short time,
knowledge may be enough, but for a long time leading, problems will occur, such
as if one doesn’t know exactly in which condition he/she will have what kind of
emotions, problems will occur during the process. Of course, he/she can’t be a
good leader.
