Week 7 Post: Scott Besko
I chose these two images because I feel like they represent the Social Change Model to me. The top image represents the importance of teamwork on leadership. Before this class I thought that leadership was just about one person taking charge. Now I completely agree with the Social Change Model that every person in a group creating change is a leader. The bottom picture represents the value of commitment. In the Social Change Model of Leadership Development there are Seven C's of Change. To me Commitment is the most important part to leadership. If you do not have a passion for whatever change you are trying to make it will never happen. You have to be fully committed.
