This picture clearly exemplifies the necessity for all parties involved in a particular task to be "all in." If all group members are on the same page, then success can be achieved. This does not mean that they have to agree on everything all the time; however, they must always eventually find a common ground and be satisfied with it.
This picture shows people from all different races coming together as one. I chose this picture because if a common goal is going to be achieved, it does not matter who you are or where you come from; the only thing that matters is that every person in the group finds a way to work together to be the best possible group they can be.
