I thought this image accurately described what I took away from this weeks lesson on collaboration and common purpose. Common purpose involves people common together because there share a similar interest or goal. By coming together due to this goal or interest, this allows people to find a way to work together towards that particular goal. This process shows how collaborating due to a common purpose can create more change than one individual can, which accurately portrays the social change model.
I thought this image accurately portrays the idea of common purpose. September 11th had a significant impact on our entire country. To help deal and work through this, all sorts of people had to come together. The love of our country out weighs the arguments and disagreements people have in general. The idea of people uniting together is a very powerful concept.
