Week 7 Kathryn Osbourn

This lead from behind quote reminds me of one of the hardest parts of being a change agent, and that is to as the person taking a leadership role to always put the ideas of others in front of my own, and that to be a leader takes sacrifice not only of my ideas for people to take apart and possibly reconstruct, but also that in order to be followed we must be willing to follow and in order to follow we must sometimes prove our worthiness by walking though some difficult situations. If we are consistent, and worthy of trust, and show dedication and courage we can truly become agents of change.

The second image that I choose probably most closely relates to what I have learned and thought about during this class. The image posted if of a United Nations Security Council meeting, but I liked the idea of the rount table. There is no head of the table, or person who's point of view is best or most important when utilizing the SCM. The round table encourages all members to respond, and allows everyone to see and face each other member at the table. The UN focus on maintaining peace, and security in the world especially for its members.
