I chose this picture because it really shows the myriad of people and groups out there that need a good leader to support them. As the bowl on the bottom shows only one bowl with multiple tubes, it represents how many groups seeking social change that don't have sufficient leaders and change agents for their organizations. This shows how we need more leaders to step forward and help with groups they are passionate about that really and truly need help.
I chose this as my second visual because voting is such an important aspect of citizenship. Voting is the most effective way for people to support a cause they believe in. Just by doing something so simple and trivial as voting, everyone is able to make a small difference in their communities. Voting allows people to choose what they want changed in their life, rather than following the crowd, thus making everyone a leader in their own community.
