For my first visual aid I chose a picture of a man sleeping at his desk. I chose this to show that some people forget that they are "being watched". This man may have thought he was simply taking a quick nap and no one would notice, people around him were probably very aware of his inappropriate behavior. This demonstrates that we all need to be more conscious of ourselves. We need to think before we act in a certain matter and always act as though someone is watching.
For my second picture I chose an outline of someone sneaking around in the dark. In the book it discussed that character is how you act when no one is looking. In order to be congruent, this becomes a big aspect. Someone's beliefs and values should never be compromised on external situations. Their beliefs need to be what they actually believe in. How can someone lead a group on an issue or matter they do not believe in themselves? It's very important that as a leader our actions and words are congruent with our inner values.
