I believe that the most important idea that i have taken away from the social change model is that we must work together in harmony. Citizenship, Common Purpose, Collaboration, and Controversey with civility all deal with working with others. We can accomplish so much more if we work together and compromise between differing opinions and backgrounds.
I chose this image because the social change model is an ongoing process to leadership and change. Over time our opinions and perceptions of others opinions change. The issues that we face are also ever changing and we must be able to adapt. We must learn from the past in order to make the future and our leadership skills better.
